Doing what's hard ALWAYS separates us from the herd, it is the "road less traveled," the "narrow, hilly, rocky, lonely road," the kind of road Jesus chose when He lived among us. The choice does not make us better than the "herd," it simply is a recognition (many times) of what is RIGHT for us, or perhaps others.
