I LOVE THIS. The natural light, the shadow casted upon the rock, the single bloom. The surrounding area was shady and a burst of sunlight came through the tree tops like a spotlight on this overhanging flower. It was quite a scene. Serene and breathtaking. Maybe it is just me...but I see beauty in this picture, the way it is most striking...in purest simplicity. This may be one of my all-time favorites.
